We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours of receipt (excludes weekends and holidays). Shipments are made using the method you choose during Order Checkout. Please specify special shipping instructions in the special instructions box on the order form. This is also where you would enter a different shipping method if your carrier of choice does not appear as one of the selections.
All Shops Gallery and Artists' Glass merchandise must be shipped using a minimum of a Express Service.
We do not ship COD. Shipments cannot be made to a PO box.
Note: We assure all customers that we inspect all items thoroughly before they leave our premises. Our staff is trained to carefully pack your items in the appropriate manner to ensure a safe arrival. If your package has arrived and is not to your satisfaction, please contact customer service at 800-723-9156.

We cannot guarantee shipping prices with international shipments. Once your order is placed, a sales representative will email you with a shipping rate based on your order. You will be asked to confirm this charge before your order is processed. The Corning Museum of Glass does not take responsibility for duties or related charges that may occur with international shipments.
