CMoG Shops requires a separate log-in from the CMoG.org ticketing site. If your email is not recognized, you may need to set up a new account for The Shops.

WHAT IS MY ORDER STATUS?
If you have an account, you can check the status of your order by logging into your account. Your order will not be processed until it is ready to ship.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, usually within 48 hours of receipt (excludes weekends and holidays).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We offer a variety of domestic and international shipping options. Domestic Standard shipping will arrive within 5-8 business days and Domestic Express will arrive within 2-4 business days. Because of customs regulations, we cannot guarantee arrival for international shipments.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order ships you will receive a tracking number from USPS, UPS, or FedEx at the end of the business day.
